'StillPassage' originated from a humble vision: introducing real Neapolitan pizzas to London. The Bianchi clan introduced our quaint pizzeria in 1985. As a little family-centered venture, it began with age-old recipes passed down for generations.
Our progenitor, Marco Bianchi, acquired expertise in pizza craftsmanship on an Italian journey, apprenticing with esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—the pizza's origin. After her return to the UK, her aspiration was to rekindle the essence of authentic Italian pizza, preserving classic techniques and choicest ingredients.
From its beginnings as a cozy 12-seat venue, our pizzeria has evolved into a cherished regional favorite, yet our dedication to authentic, high-caliber offerings remains undiluted. Our vintage wood-fired ovens continue to be in use, our dough is made from scratch daily, and we seek out the most superior ingredients available.
The family-led ethos of 'StillPassage' endures with the Bianchi's next generation at the helm, guiding a team brimming with enthusiasm. Even with some updates, the core focus on crafting delectable, bona fide pizzas that unite diners remains unchanged.
