Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been prepared, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund in the original payment method.

Refunds for Unsatisfactory Items

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you will need to return the item in question within 2 hours of receipt, providing a reasonable explanation for the dissatisfaction.
